It's summertime, and you've dusted off your bike and are ready to hit the roads for fun and exercise. Whoa! Two flat tires and a rusty chain put the brakes on in a hurry. Is it time for a new bike, or just some TLC?
The Sporting Life and Bicycle Chain are teaming up for a bike clinic specifically targeted to women runners from 6:30-7:30 PM on Monday, August 3 at Linwood Community Center, St Clair and Victoria, in St Paul, MN. No biking experience is necessary, and spandex is optional. What you will learn is how to fix a flat and other relevant road repairs.
